Black Magic was third in the Two Year Old Fine Harness Class at the WP Saddle Horse Championship Show at Robertson. She has shown great potential and will now be readied for the S.A. National Championship Show for the Three Gaited Division.

Heirloom and Neil Valentine was Reserve Champions in the Gentlemen's Three Gaited Class.

Perfect Timing put on a great show and was third in the Stallion/Gelding qualifier but unfortunately his leg injury prevented him from showing back in the Championship. The difficult decision after the show will have to made if he will continue showing or that he will retire to a breeding career.

I was fortunate to attend the 100th World Champion Horse Show at Louisville. It was something special. Tornaado and Tango's Wee Pee sired some excellent foals that excelled at the show. Domino and Lionel was great in the Gelding Qualifier. For photo's of the show click on Kentucky State Fair 2005

May 2005

The S.A. National Championships were held last week in May. Kevin fell off a startled young horse and broke his femur and some ribs. He stayed in Bloemfontein ICU throughout the show, but the EXCELLENT training and the team consisting of  Assistant Trainer Neil Valentine, Wilmien, as well as catch rider/driver Gene van der Walt made KE the best ratio of winners of all the trainers at Bloem! Well done!
