Lady Hamilton, a beautiful long necked filly by Timing out of Sultan's Charming Lady is born. Visit Lady Hamilton's page for more pictures and information.

Perfect Timing is back in training with Kevin Eltringham. He also has a Boerbok, Rosie to keep him company which came with him from Wiggins Stables.

September 2004

Perfect Timing showed under the saddle for the first time at Tulbagh Show. He was Reserve Champion in the Open Stallion/Gelding Stakes but the judge did not like him in the Grand Championship and despite being an obvious crowd favorite only tied him fourth!

Heirloom and Kevin Eltringham was the Gentleman Three Gaited Reserve Champion at Robertson Show.

March 2004

Due to the African Horse Sickness outbreak in the Western Cape all the Heyns Stables show horses had to relocate to Worcester. Thanks to the effort of Nicky Heyns and her team the relocation went smoothly. Timing enjoys the new environment as one can see in this training picture!

February 2004

Timing and Jacques winning the Open Fine Harness Class at Riversdal Show.

Well done Jacques!! This was his first show after his operation as well as his first Senior show. He was also the Fine Harness Reserve Grand Champion.

Perfect Pearl  and Jacques Wiggins preparing for the Spring Shows.

August 2003

Perfect Timing had an operation on his pastern joint (just as Cameo's Farewell did years ago!) We will not make the same mistake as Godfrey Gird did with Cameo by starting training him to soon. Timing will in the meantime continue his breeding career. He is fully booked this season. We trust that he will be able to return to the show ring in 2004.

I was fortunate to attend the 100th World Champion Horse Show at Louisville. It was something special. Tornaado and Tango's Wee Pee sired some excellent foals that excelled at the show. For photo's of the show click on Kentucky State Fair 2003.

I also visited KALARAMA Farm in Springfield, Kentucky and saw some really nice horses.

Beautiful yearlings at KALARAMA Farm, Springfield, Kentucky.

July 2003

Perfect Pearl moves to her new stables and trainer Jacques Wiggins.

Gene van der Walt showed  the Lexington Fine Harness Grand Champion, Warrior Song. This young stallion is by Wild Temper out of Miss Universe (Mr USA X Cameo's Undine). Cameo's Undine is by the great stallion Cameo's Farewell out of the broodmare Jodie Ann.

Foals from other imported South African horses that did well at Lexington are:
